Abbraham Abarriao President Abraham (“Abe”) is the President and Founder of Abbariao International Nurse Recruitment Services (“Abbariao”). In his role, Abe is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the company. With more than 30 years of top level healthcare recruitment, management and consulting experience, both in the Philippines and the US, Abe ranks as one of the industry’s most seasoned international nurse recruitment executives. Prior to the establishment of Abbariao International, Abe founded Midwest Clinic Management, a boutique healthcare facilities management and consulting firm, which up to now maintains numerous, long-term consulting contracts with some of the nations most prestigious healthcare facilities. Abe graduated with a from Ateneo de Manila University for which he also taught as a professor prior to migrating to the US. Jimmy Francisco SVP - Human Resource Planning Jimmy is the Vice President and co-founder of 1th Northern International Placement Inc., a leading POEA-licensed recruitment firm that is 100% dedicated on providing nurse recruitment services to Abbariao and its healthcare clients. In his role, Jimmy in charge of managing the company’s day-to-day nurse recruitment operation. His involvement in the company has been incremental for consistent success of Abbariao’s international nurse recruitment initiatives in the Philippines. Jimmy graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the prestigious University of the Philippines. Reggie Santiago SVP – Customer Service Reggie is the SVP of Client Services. In his role, he is responsible interacting with Abbariao’ s healthcare clients ensuring that all business objectives and customer service levels are met with superior consistency. Prior to joining Abbariao, Reggie established multiple residential care facilities for the elderly (RCFE) in Northern California and has been in charge of managing every facet of the business Reggie graduated with an MBA from Kelleog North Western University and a BS in Marketing and a MA in Education from California State University at San Jose. He also studied at Tokyo’s Meiji University under its International Business Program Ralf Ellspermann SVP- Strategic Marketing Ralf is the SVP for Strategic Marketing and Co-founder of Abbariao. In his role, he is responsible for the development and execution of all on-and off-line related marketing initiatives of the company. Prior to the foundation of Abbariao, Ralf established PITON-Global, a leading consulting firm specializing in strategic offshore business process outsourcing. Ralf graduated with a Bachalor’s Degree in International Marketing from the Ludiwgshafen School of Business in Germany.
